Narman ( Armenian Namravan ) is a city in the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Erzurum and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi Erzurum (metropolitan municipality / metropolitan province ) in eastern Anatolia, created in 1993 . Narman is located in the northeast of the province and borders the Kars province .
According to the city logo, Narman received the status of a Belediye (municipality) in 1953 , and the district of the same name was formed a year later.
