The Czechoslovakia took part in the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles in part with a delegation of 25 male athletes in 14 competitions in four competitions. Seven athletes took part in sports competitions, and the remaining 18 were participants in art competitions .
The Czechoslovak athletes won once gold, twice silver and once bronze. Jaroslav Skobla was the only Czechoslovakian Olympic champion in heavyweight lifting , while weightlifter Václav Pšenička senior in heavyweight and wrestler Josef Urban in Greco-Roman style in heavyweight each won silver. The bronze medal went to athlete František Douda in the shot put.
