Liechtenstein took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano with a delegation of five men and three women. No athlete from Liechtenstein won a medal.
The alpine skier Tamara Schädler was allowed to act as the standard bearer. She took part in four competitions and did not get past 17th place in the alpine combination.
