Omar Dorsey
Omar J. Dorsey (born December 22, 1975 in Decatur , Georgia ) is an American actor .
life and career
Omar Dorsey is from Georgia and has been an actor since 2000. At the beginning of his career, he mainly played small film roles in American film productions, including Juwanna Mann , Starsky & Hutch and Der Date Profi . In 2009 he was seen as Big Tony Hamilton in Blind Side . In addition, he appeared as a guest actor in series such as Emergency Room - The Emergency Room , Lincoln Heights , The Shield - Law of Violence , The Mentalist , Bones - The Bone Hunter or Navy CIS .
In 2012 he was seen as the slave Chicken Charly in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained . 2014 in the role of civil rights activist James Orange in Selma . In the same year he took on recurring roles in the series Rake and Ray Donovan . Since 2016 he can be seen as Hollywood Desonier in the drama series Queen Sugar . In 2019 he took on a supporting role as Elombre Brath in the Netflix series When They See Us .
Dorsey currently lives in Los Angeles and has two daughters with his divorced wife.
