Oskar von Arnstedt
Friedrich Wilhelm Oskar von Arnstedt (born May 8, 1840 in Weißewarte , Stendal district , † October 1, 1914 in Brumby (Hohe Börde) ) was a German administrative lawyer in Prussia .
Life
Oskar von Arnstedt came from the Protestant nobility of the County of Mansfeld and was the lord of Brumby. In 1861 he received his school leaving certificate at the Stendal grammar school. He then studied law at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and the Friedrich Wilhelms University of Berlin . From 1862 he was a member of the Corps Rhenania Würzburg . In 1864 he passed his auscultator exam at the Magdeburg Court of Appeal with "good", and in 1866 the exam for trainee lawyer at the same court with the comment "according to regulations". In 1867 he passed the examination to become a government trainee with the government in Magdeburg with the grade "passed". From 1862 to 1864 he served as a one-year volunteer with the 2nd Guards Regiment on foot . In 1864 he got a job as an auscultator at the Magdeburg Court of Appeal. In 1866 he was appointed as a trainee lawyer at the Magdeburg Court of Appeal. In 1867 he moved to the government in Magdeburg as a government trainee . In 1871 he was promoted to government assessor there. In 1871 he represented the district administrator in the Neuhaldensleben district and was transferred to the Landdrostei Stade in 1871 . Commissioned in 1872 to represent the district administrator in the Zeitz district , he was appointed district administrator in 1874. He was also a member of the provincial parliament of the province of Saxony . In 1885 he was made senior president of the province of Saxony in Magdeburg . In 1894 he became regional president in the administrative district of Minden . In the same function he was transferred to the Magdeburg administrative district in 1897 . When he joined in 1903 at his own request to retire, it was character Privy awarded Senior Government.
