Otto von Strössenreuther

Otto Strössenreuther , from 1910 Ritter von Strössenreuther , (born September 4, 1865 in Bayreuth , † March 11, 1958 ) was a Bavarian administrative officer . From 1916 to 1933 he was regional president of Upper Franconia .

Life

After studying law in Munich and doing military service in 1887/88, Strössenreuther entered the Bavarian state services as a one-year volunteer with the 5th Infantry Regiment in Bamberg (1891 state bankruptcy with grade I 14/28 = I). In 1901 he became a councilor. From 1906 to 1916 he was Deputy Representative of Bavaria to the Federal Council . In 1910 he was ennobled as a knight of Strössenreuther. In 1911 he received the title and rank of Ministerial Director , in 1912 the title and rank of State Councilor in ao. Dienst and in 1915 the title of Excellence . From 1916 until his retirement on January 1, 1933, he was the district president of Upper Franconia . Even in retirement he wrote legal comments and a. in the NJW .

He was married to Emmy born in 1901. Pöhlmann and had three children.
