consequences

In the election it was mainly the Democrats who won votes. The Siumut could easily benefit from the losses of the other three parties. After the elections, Siumut, Inuit Ataqatigiit and Atassut formed a coalition government ( Enoksen II cabinet ) with a large parliamentary majority. Hans Enoksen (Siumut) was confirmed in office as Prime Minister .
