Patrick Fabian (born December 7, 1964 in Pittsburgh ) is an American film, television and theater actor. Fabian has been working as an actor since the early 1990s and has appeared in over a hundred productions. He mainly played guest roles in television series. Since 2015 he has been part of the main cast of the AMC series Better Call Saul .

life and career

Fabian grew up in the US state of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Cedar Cliff High School at Camp Hill , attended Penn State University, and received his bachelor's degree in acting. He then moved to California in the 1980s, where he earned a master's degree from California State University, Long Beach .

Fabian's theater work in New York include The Food Chain of Nicky Silver and Humpty Dumpty by Eric Bogosian , on a national tour, he played in six degrees of separation and in Los Angeles he played Diva by Howard Gould and Dinner With Friends by Donald Margulies .

Fabian made his television debut in 1992 in an episode of the series Murder Without a Trace . Guest roles in various television series followed. This includes a number of recurring roles, including Veronica Mars , Big Love , The Heavenly Joan, and California High School . In 2011 Fabian played the lead role of Reverend Cotton Marcus in the film The Last Exorcism . He received several awards for this representation. Since 2015 he has appeared as Howard Hamlin in the AMC television series Better Call Saul .

Patrick Fabian is married to the screenwriter and actress Mandy Steckelberg . The two have two daughters and live in Los Angeles .
