Patrick Kalupa

Patrick Kalupa (born October 13, 1979 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

Life

Patrick Kalupa first worked as a model for a Berlin model agency since 2000 and received his first film role through this agency in 2003 as bouncer Walter in the comedy Sex Up - It's not easy for boys either . In 2004 he modeled in underwear for an advertising campaign for the Fruit of the Loom brand .

From 2003 to 2005 Kalupa completed private acting training with actor Michael Graewe in Berlin . From December 2006 to May 2007 he played at the Theater im Kino (TiK) in Berlin in Leonce and Lena . Another theater engagement followed in 2007 at the Freiflug theater in the production of The Magic Kettle .

From 2004 Kalupa was initially seen in smaller episode roles in various television series, including in the Dr. Kleist and SOKO Wismar . In 2006, he played the role of Benny, the buddy of the rich snob Henk, in the television comedy Student Exchange - The French women are coming . In 2009 he also had a small role in the ZDF television film Mein Falscher Verlobter from the Inga Lindström television series.

From October 2010 to January 2012 he played in the Sat.1 - telenovela Anna and the love of the series lead role of Tom Lanford, the managing director of the fashion label Lanford Luxury . On January 25, 2012, he dropped out of the series. To say goodbye to Anna and love , Kalupa gave an interview in which he stated that he will initially withdraw, but would like to play in a telenovela again. From 2016 to 2018 he was seen in a recurring supporting role in the ARD television series In all friendship as Jenne Derbeck . Kalupa has been part of the Rosenheim-Cops crime series since 2017 and has played animal keeper Daniel Wolff on the RTL sitcom Best Sisters since 2018 . Since 2020 he has been the head of department at Alarm for Cobra 11.

Kalupa also starred in the movie At Eye Level , as well as in some shorts and television films, such as Women's Hearts , Two Lost Sheep and Two Farmers and No Land . He also works as a speaker and screenwriter .

In addition to acting, he has been running a raft rental company with his business partner in the Oberhavel district since 2007 .

Kalupa lives in Berlin-Weißensee .
