Pinhal Litoral is a statistical sub-region of Portugal . It is part of the Região Centro and the District of Leiria . The sub-region borders Baixo Mondego in the north, Pinhal Interior Norte and Médio Tejo in the east, Lezíria do Tejo in the south and Oeste and the Atlantic Ocean in the west .

Area: 1741 km². Population (2001): 249 596.

The sub-region is divided into the following 5 districts:

• Batalha
• Leiria
• Marinha Grande
• Pombal
• Porto de Mós
