Popielewko, former manor house

Popielewko ( German Klein Poplow ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship , which belongs to the rural community ( gmina wiejska ) Połczyn-Zdrój (Bad Polzin) in the powiat Świdwiński .

Popielewko is five kilometers east of Połczyn-Zdrój on a side road connection to Czaplinek (Tempelburg) . Klein Poplow has always essentially belonged to (Groß-) Poplow, which with its current name Popielewo is part of the Połczyn-Zdrój municipality. In 1784 the place was part of lands in Ogartowo , parts of the village were owned by the von Manteuffel family .

The former manor was laid out in the 18th century and was owned by the Manteuffel family until the 19th century. In 1628 Gerd von Manteuffel from Popielówko owned the village. The landscape park which was created in the 19th century is worth seeing.
