history
An early Germanic grave find from 1933 indicates settlement by the East Germanic as early as 600 and 400 BC. Chr. The rural community Labeck emerged from the former manor districts Labeck and Lankow (today Polish: Łąkówko). Both estates are old fiefdoms of the von Wolde family and there is evidence that they were always passed on from father to son until 1867.
In 1867 there were 287 inhabitants in the municipality of Lasbeck with 48 residential buildings, 40 farm buildings, a school building and a factory building.
In 1939 there were 326 people with 75 households in Lasbeck. The community area at that time was 1,581.4 hectares, and 292 of the population lived from agriculture and forestry.
Until 1945, Lasbeck belonged to the Wusterbarth official and civil registry district (now in Polish: Ostre Bardo) in the Belgard district (Persante) . The last German head of office was Paul Henschel. District court district was Bad Polzin , and the police matters were taken care of by Landjägermeister Stein from Wutzow .
After the occupation by the Red Army in early March 1945, Lasbeck was taken over by the Poles. The expulsion of the German population began in late summer 1945 . Lasbeck is today under the name Łośnica a district of Gmina Połczyn-Zdrój in the powiat Świdwiński .
church
Labeck did not have its own church. It was parish in the parish Wusterbarth (Ostre Bardo), which belonged to the parish of Belgard in the ecclesiastical province of Pomerania of the Protestant Church of the Old Prussian Union . The last German clergyman was Pastor Arno Kopisch.
Today Łośnica belongs to the parish Koszalin (Köslin) in the diocese of Pomerania-Greater Poland of the Polish Evangelical-Augsburg Church .
