history

Kołaczek used to be a manor owned by von Manteuffel and built by the family as an estate on the former site of the Kołacz estate in the 19th century. A brick building from the 2nd half of the 19th century, remains of a landscape park and ruins of farm buildings from the end of the 18th century bear witness to the former park and estate. In 1862 the manor belonged to Wilhelm von Manteuffel, who was also the owner of Kołacz. In 1928 the village was owned by Ewald von Manteuffel zu Kołacz. The place has always been closely connected with the village of Kołacz ( Kollatz ).
