Portu , real name Cristian Portugués Manzanera (born May 21, 1992 in Murcia or Beniel ), is a Spanish football player .

Career

Portu began his career with FC Valencia . In April 2010 he played for the second team Valencia Mestalla in the Segunda División B for the first time . With Mestalla, however, he had to relegate to the Tercera División at the end of the season . After only one season, however, he was able to rise again to the Segunda División B.

In January 2012 Portu was in the squad for the first time. He made his professional debut in February 2014 in the second leg of the Europa League round of 16 against Dynamo Kiev , when he came on for Federico Cartabia in the 81st minute . In March 2014 he made his debut against Rayo Vallecano in the Primera División .

For the 2014/15 season he moved to the second division promoted Albacete Balompié . That season he came on 36 missions in which he scored six goals. In the 2015/16 season he had to relegate to the Segunda División B with Albacete. This season he came on 39 missions in which he netted again six times.

For the 2016/17 season Portu moved to the second division club FC Girona , where he received a three-year contract.
