Willian José , with full name Willian José da Silva (born November 23, 1991 in Porto Calvo , Alagoas ), is a Brazilian football player.

Career

Willian José, among others, in the junior division of the Grêmio Barueri . In 2009 he made the leap into the professional squad. In 2011 he signed a contract with Deportivo Maldonado . From then on, Willian José lent it to various clubs. The club was the Sao Paulo , with whom he first time in the Series A took. He made his debut for the club in the national championship on January 19, 2012 in Morumbi in a 4-0 win. He scored his first goal in the same game. In 2013, Willian switched to Grêmio Porto Alegre on loan . After the state championship, the next loan deal with FC Santos followed. Since 2014 he has been loaned to Spanish clubs, first with Real Madrid Castilla , then he was promoted to the first division, Real Madrid . Willian José was loaned to Real Saragossa for the 2014/15 season and to UD Las Palmas for the 2015/16 season .

In the following year the player moved permanently to Real Sociedad San Sebastián . In October 2018, Real Sociedad announced the contract extension with Willian José until 2024.

U-20 national team

With the U-20 national team, Willian José took part in the U-20 South American Football Championship and the U-20 World Cup in 2011 .
