The Provadis School of International Management and Technology (AG) (short: Provadis Hochschule) is a private , state-recognized university in Frankfurt am Main , Höchst district . She specializes in part-time and dual study programs for employed people and high school graduates.

history
At the end of the sixties, what was then Hoechst AG began to carry out vocational studies.
- In 1969, 22 employees of Hoechst AG passed the exam to become a graduate engineer, specializing in chemistry, after completing their studies at the training center in Höchst.
- Then the first partnership was established with the newly founded Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences , graduating with a degree in chemistry (FH).
- 1977 Signing of a cooperation agreement with the Mainz University of Applied Sciences for the part-time course to obtain a degree in business administration (FH).
- In the following years the cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Gießen-Friedberg with the degree programs Diplom-Informatiker (FH) and Diplom-Bioingenieur (FH) was started.
With the restructuring of the company in the mid-nineties, Provadis Partner für Bildung und Beratung GmbH was founded from various educational activities in 1997. The university was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of Provadis. In 2003 the university was recognized by the state as one of the first universities in Germany to offer an international bachelor's program.
- In 2003 the university started its first accredited bachelor's degree. Courses offered: business administration, business informatics and chemical engineering

- 2009 Introduction of the bachelor's degree in Biopharmaceutical Science
- 2012 Introduction of the master's degree in Chemical Engineering

- 2017 Extension accreditation of the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (in 4 semesters for graduates of a commercial training)
- 2017 Introduction of the Master’s degree in Business Management
Degrees
The courses are designed as Bachelor and Master courses according to the Bologna Process ; the Business Administration, Business Information Management, Business Management and Technology & Management courses are accredited by the FIBAA accreditation agency, while the Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering and Biopharmaceutical Science courses are accredited by the AQAS accreditation agency.

The course lasts seven semesters. Business administration graduates can shorten their Bachelor of Business Administration to 4 semesters.
In cooperation with Deutsche Telekom , another degree in Business Administration - Bachelor of Arts is being carried out at the Bonn and Darmstadt study locations. The duration of the course is six semesters.
In cooperation with the Bildungswerk Nordostchemie eV, another chemical engineering course is being carried out at the Berlin study site.

The study duration is five semesters for the natural science courses and four semesters for the business science courses.
In cooperation with the Technical Academy in Esslingen , another Quality Engineering - Master of Science course is being carried out at the Ostfildern study site. The duration of the course is five semesters.
Study models
The university only offers part-time and dual study programs and offers three models:
- Study plus job: working people can study parallel to their job.
- Study plus practice: (Technical) high school graduates can combine their studies with a paid study internship in a company.
- Apprenticeship plus studies: Apprentices (with a technical qualification / Abitur) can combine their vocational training with a degree.
Time model
The face-to-face events take place 40 weeks a year, one afternoon a week and Saturday mornings. The lecture-free times are based on the Hessian school holidays.
The study programs Bachelor Business Administration / Telecom, Master Quality Engineering / TAE and Master Business Management have different time models.
