Quirino ( Filipino : Bayan ng Quirino ) is a Filipino township in Isabela Province , Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 24,501 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 21 barangays . It is classified as a fourth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
Quirino is located in the northern center of the province. The community lies in the plain of the Cagayan . It is located 400 km north of Manila and can be reached via the Marhalika Highway . Its neighboring communities are Mallig in the west, Burgos and Gamu in the south, Ilagan City in the east, and Delfin Albano in the north.
