San Guillermo ( Filipino : Bayan ng San Guillermo ) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Isabela , Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 20,200 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 26 barangays . It is classified as a fourth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .

San Guillermo is located in the southeast of the province, the community center is in the valley of the Cagayan . The municipality extends into the mountains of the Sierra Madre . It is located 365 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway . Their neighboring communities are Angadanan , San Mariano and Benito Soliven in the north, Echague in the south and Dinapigue in the east.
