RG Sport or Automóviles RG was an Argentinian manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Ruben F. Garcia founded the company in Buenos Aires at the end of 1991 . He started producing automobiles in 1992. The brand name was RG , possibly also RG Sport . Production ended in 1997.
vehicles
Two-seater sports cars were on offer . The base was a tubular frame. An aluminum body was mounted on top. There was a choice of Cabriolet , Coupé and Roadster . Different four-cylinder engines with 1290 cc, 1491 cc, 1581 cc, 1756 cc and 1995 cc engine capacity of Fiat and cc with 1995 displacement and turbocharger from Lancia were available. The engines were installed transversely and drove the front wheels.
There were also plans for a vehicle with two engines, each driving one axle. It is unclear whether this vehicle was made ready to drive.
