Alcre Automotores SAIC was an Argentine manufacturer of engines and automobiles .

Company history

Alberto Credidio founded the company based in Paraná . It originally made engines. In 1960 the production of automobiles began in cooperation with Ernst Heinkel Flugzeugwerke . The brand name was Alcre . Production ended in 1961. Another source deviates from the construction period 1961 to 1962. Only a few vehicles were made.

The Susana 500 model was a small two-door sedan with four seats. A two-stroke engine from Heinkel with 452 cm³ displacement was mounted in the rear. With a wheelbase of 202 cm, the vehicle was 342 cm long, 149 cm wide and 139.5 cm high. The curb weight was given as 575 kg.

The Sport Luis 700 was a sporty two-seater coupe with a rear engine. The three-cylinder two-stroke engine had a displacement of 677 cc. The wheelbase was 207 cm, the vehicle length 375 cm, the width 152 cm, the height 125 cm and the curb weight 690 kg.
