Company history
Oscar Helguero from Santa Fe started producing automobiles in 1978. The brand name was Helguero . Production ended in 2007.

The first model Helguero Renault was a two-door coupe . With a wheelbase of 210 cm, the vehicle was 365 cm long, 162 cm wide and 100 cm high. A four-cylinder engine from Renault with 58 mm bore , 80 mm stroke , 845 cm³ displacement and 34 HP power propelled the vehicles. The small series comprised three vehicles.
The Helguero Sport was a two-door roadster . One source sees it as a replica of the Ferrari TR 60 . The vehicles were 405 cm long, 160 cm wide and 95 cm high. The six-cylinder engine with 93.5 mm bore, 98.9 mm stroke (calculated 4074 cm³ displacement), allegedly 3620 cm³ displacement and 132 hp came from Ford . The scope of the small series has not been passed down. A vehicle with Belgian registration exists.
