Relbehausen is the smallest district of Homberg (Efze) in the Schwalm-Eder district in northern Hesse .
The place is 4 km southeast of Homberg on the northern foothills of the Knüllgebirge on the Efze . The federal highway 323 runs northeast around the town . The railway keeper's house is located south of the village on the former cannon railway . The railway viaduct is a listed building .
Relbehausen was first mentioned in a document in 1255.
