Rimi Nishimoto ( 西 本 り み Nishimoto Rimi ; born October 25, 1994 in Hyōgo Prefecture ) is a Japanese seiyū and actress . She is under contract with the HiBiKi talent agency .
Career
In 2013 Nishimoto took part in an audition for the multimedia project Milky Holmes , reached the final elimination there, but did not make it into the Idol group. Although Nishimoto could not win the audition, Takaaki Kidani was impressed and saw something "special about her."
In April 2015, Nishimoto was integrated into the group Poppin'Party , together with Ayasa Itō , who took part in the audition with her in 2013 , which was part of the multimedia project BanG Dream! heard. There she slips into the role of Rimi Ushigome at live concerts. She also speaks this character in the anime . Kidani planned to involve Nishimoto in the project as early as 2014. At that time she played the piano and guitar , but had little experience with the electric bass .
In 2017, Nishimoto had a speaking role in the anime adaptation of Hina Logi: From Luck & Logic in which she speaks the character Amol. She also had voice over roles in the anime for Future Card Buddyfight , Cardfight !! Vanguard , Rebirth and Assault Lily .
