Formerly part of Heumaden, the wasteland Rohhof was rebuilt in 1835 by Johann Götzfried. On March 23, 1913 (Easter), Rohrhof was listed as part of the Moosbach parish with one house and five residents. On December 31, 1990, Rohrhof had four residents and belonged to the Moosbach parish.
