The Netherlands is part of the Moosbach market in the Upper Palatinate district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab , Bavaria .

Geographical location

The Netherlands is located below Saubersrieth directly on the west bank of the Tröbesbach, 2 km south of Moosbach.

history

On March 23, 1913 (Easter), the Netherlands was listed as part of the exposed Etzgersrieth cooperative and thus belonging to the parish of Böhmischbruck with 6 houses and 50 residents. In 1973 the municipality of the Netherlands built a chapel dedicated to St. Wendelin . On December 31, 1990 the Netherlands had 31 inhabitants and belonged to the Expositur Etzgersrieth and the parish of Böhmischbruck. Today (2013) the Netherlands and the Etzgersrieth branch belong to the Moosbach parish in the Leuchtenberg dean's office.
