Gebhardsreutherschleife is a municipality part of the Moosbach market in the Upper Palatinate district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab , Bavaria .

Geographical location

Gebhardsreutherschleife is located on the Pfreimd about one and a half kilometers north of Moosbach.

history

In the 18th and 19th centuries there was a glass, grinding and polishing plant in the Gebhardsreutherschleife, which was rebuilt in 1749 by Leonhard Anton von Voit after it was destroyed by Austrian hussars and French troops in 1742. In 1771 Georg Joseph von Voit is the owner of the country estate, in 1788 Joseph von Voit and his wife Rosina are mentioned here. In 1818 Vitus Schmucker acquired the country estate that had come to the Gant . As a non-nobleman, he loses the lower jurisdiction that had existed since 1806 . In 1840 Andreas Schmucker is named as the owner of the estate and the glass ribbon that exists here. The Mayr family is mentioned here from 1870.

On March 23, 1913 (Easter) the Gebhardsreutherschleife was listed as part of the Moosbach parish with three houses and 29 residents. On December 31, 1990, Gebhardsreutherschleife had three residents and belonged to the Moosbach parish.
