The Moda Center is a multi-purpose arena in the US city ​​of Portland in the state of Oregon . It mainly serves as the venue for the Portland Trail Blazers ( NBA ), the Portland Winterhawks ( WHL ) and the Portland Thunder ( AFL ), but there are also numerous other events.
