Kouassi Ryan Sessegnon (born May 18, 2000 in London ) is an English football player who is under contract with Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League .

Fulham FC

Ryan Sessegnon made his debut for Fulham FC on August 9, 2016 at the age of sixteen in a 3-2 away win over Leyton Orient in the EFL Cup . A week later he played his first league game in the 2016/17 EFL Championship in a 1-1 draw with Leeds United . By the end of the season he played 25 games in the English second division and scored five goals. In recognition of his good performance, he was chosen as the youngest player of all time in the PFA Team of the Year of the EFL Championship . On June 28, 2017, the 17-year-old, who was courted by various first division clubs, signed his first professional contract with Fulham, valid until 2020.

Tottenham Hotspur

On August 8, 2019, Ryan Sessegnon moved from Fulham to Tottenham Hotspur. The rumored transfer fee was 27 million euros. The contract runs until 2025.

National team

In November 2016 Ryan Sessegnon was appointed to the squad of the England U-19 national team for the first time . On November 10, 2016, he made his debut for the U-19 youth team in a 2-0 win over the Luxembourg U-19 national team and scored his first goal straight away. In summer 2017 he was appointed to the English squad for the U-19 European Football Championship 2017 .
