Særslev Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Zealand . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Skippinge Herred in what was then Holbæk Amt , then to Bjergsted Kommune in Vestsjællands Amt , which in turn was merged into the enlarged Kalundborg Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1306 inhabitants live in the parish, 930 of them in the village of Snertinge . The "Særslev Kirke" lies on the territory of the municipality.

Neighboring municipalities are in the north in the area of Odsherred municipality the parish Vallekilde Sogn , in the east in the area Holbæk municipality Hjembæk-Svinninge Sogn , in the south Bjergsted Sogn and in the west Bregninge Sogn and Føllenslev Sogn .
