Søren Kaspersen
Søren Kristian Mikael Kaspersen (born December 30, 1896 in Ilulissat , † unknown ) was a Greenlandic catechist and councilor .
Life
Søren Kaspersen was a son of the hunter Rasmus Isak Andreas Peter Kaspersen (1873–?) And his wife Martha Stine Rebekka Elisabeth Fisker (1872–?). He was trained as a catechist and later worked as a senior catechist in Aasiaat . From 1933 to 1938 he sat for the first time in the North Greenland State Council , where he was represented at the last meeting by Nikolaj Rosing . From 1945 to 1950 he served as a regional councilor for a second legislative period. From 1948 to 1950 he was a member of the Greenland Commission , but fell ill and was represented for a long time by Nikolaj Rosing and Frederik Lennert , together with Peter Nielsen, who was also sick .
