Frederik Jensen (politician)

Frederik Rosbach Johannes Jensen (born January 14, 1900 in Saqqaq ; † January 23, 1983 ) was a Greenland state councilor

Frederik Jensen was the son of the hunter Ole Andreas Pavia Peter Jensen and his wife Sara Hedvig Dorthea Lange. He married his cousin Marie Sofie Pauline Lange, daughter of Lars Jonas Lange and his wife Antonitte Elisabeth Ane Johanne Christensen, in Akulliit on February 22, 1927 .

For a long time he was Udsteds administrator in Akulliit. In 1939 he was first elected to Grønlands Landsråd. After being re-elected in 1945, he was not a member of the Landesrat from 1951 to 1954 and was finally elected a third time from 1955 to 1959.
