Sürmelikoç ( Kurdish : Çemêzêynê ) is a village in the Yayladere district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Sürmelikoç is located in Eastern Anatolia . The village is located at 1000 m above sea ​​level on a southern slope on the banks of the Peri Çayı river below the Özlüce dam . The distance to the district town of Yayladere is 27 km. The village has a mosque and a suspension bridge over the river.

The original name was Çemizeyni. The village is also recorded in this form in the land register. The name was changed to the current name in 1967.

In 1980, 296 people lived in Sürmelikoç. For economic reasons, but also because of the repression at that time, numerous residents left the village in the 1980s. In 1990 169 inhabitants were counted. The place had 64 inhabitants in 2010.
