San Agustin ( Filipino : Bayan ng San Agustin ) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Isabela , Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 22,880 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 23 barangays . It is classified as partially urbanized .

San Agustin is located in the south of the province, the community center is in the valley of the Cagayan . It is 362 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway . Their neighboring communities are Jones and Echague in the north, Maddela in the south.
