Saudi International 2006

The Saudi International 2006 took place from December 16-20 , 2006 in al-Chubar , Saudi Arabia . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2006/07 and belonged to the Super Series Platinum category . It was endowed with $ 130,000.

Amr Shabana won the final against Grégory Gaultier 11: 7, 11: 9 and 11: 4. Both played their 20th final on the PSA World Tour , for Shabana it was the 14th title win.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of which were reserved for qualifiers. The 16 best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Mohammed Taher Al-Saif a spot in the main draw.
