Simone Aresti (born March 15, 1986 in Carbonia ) is an Italian soccer goalkeeper .

Player career

Simone Aresti began his career as a football player with the Italian first division club Cagliari Calcio . On May 27, 2007, the last day of the 2006/07 season , he made his Serie A debut when he came on in the 46th minute for Antonio Chimenti . The game was lost 2-1 to the relegated Ascoli Calcio .

In the 2007/08 season he played on loan with third division club AC Pistoiese and made twelve appearances in Serie C1 . For the 2008/09 season, Aresti returned to Cagliari Calcio, where he held the position of substitute goalkeeper and did not come to any further use in the top division. After a year, the goalkeeper left the Sardinians and went to the fourth division Polisportiva Alghero . Aresti completed 27 games in the Lega Pro Seconda Divisione and reached sixth place in the league with the club, but at the end of the season Alghero was excluded from professional operations due to the high debt and Aresti left the club.

In 2011 Aresti moved to the Savona 1907 FBC . In his first season he managed the feat as a goalkeeper to score two goals. In the 2-0 win over AC Giacomense he hit the tee and in the 1-1 draw against AC Renate he equalized after a free kick in the final phase of the game.

After two more seasons in Savona, Aresti moved to Delfino Pescara in 1936 in 2014 . In 2016 he joined Ternana Calcio . After just one season, he moved to Olbia Calcio in 1905 .
