Sofia Jagiellonka (born May 6, 1464 in Krakow , Poland ; † October 5, 1512 ) was a Polish and Lithuanian princess from the house of the Jagiellonians and Habsburgs and by marriage Margravine of Brandenburg-Kulmbach and Brandenburg-Ansbach .

Sofia was born as the daughter of the Grand Duke of Lithuania and Polish King Casimir IV Jagiełło and his wife Elisabeth von Habsburg .
