In the spring of 2016, Aydoğdu and his teammate Alper Uludağ were given to Akhisar Belediyespor in return for the commitment Güray Vural . In the 2017/18 season, Aydoğdu won the Turkish Cup with Akhisar. After two years for Akhisar, Aydoğdu moved to Istanbul Başakşehir FK and was loaned by him to league rivals Göztepe Izmir for the 2019/20 season.
