Atınç Nukan (born July 20, 1993 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football player . He is under contract with Göztepe Izmir .

Career

society

Nukan was born in the Istanbul district of Fatih and began playing football for Küçükçekmecespor in 2004 . Beşiktaş Istanbul signed him after two seasons in 2006. In the 2007/08 season he began playing in the U-15 team. In the 2008/09 season he played with the U-18s in the Youth Super League. At the end of the season he was promoted to the second team. On April 22, 2010, he was appointed to the first team by Mustafa Denizli and signed a professional contract. Two days later he sat on the bench for the first time in the game against Sivasspor . On May 7, 2010 he came in the game against Manisaspor , due to an injury to Rıdvan Şimşek , for his first appearance in the Süper Lig . This was his only use in the 2009/10 season.

In May 2011 he was against Eskişehirspor for the first time in the starting line-up of Beşiktaş. In the 2010/11 season he came to a total of two missions. In the 2011/12 season he was without a job, as well as in the 2012/13 season. He was then awarded to the third division club Dardanelspor for the 2013/14 season . For Dardanelspor he came in that season to 19 missions in the TFF 2nd Lig , in which he scored a goal. At the end of the season he had to relegate to the TFF 3rd Lig with the club . After the loan ended, he returned to Beşiktaş for the 2014/15 season. That season he played nine games in the Süper Lig.

In the summer of 2015, Nukan was signed by the German second division club RB Leipzig . He signed a five-year contract. He had previously been observed by the coach and sports director Ralf Rangnick and was committed to his directive. For Leipzig, he played twelve games in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2015/16 season , in which he scored one goal, and was promoted to the Bundesliga with the club at the end of the season .

In August 2016 he returned to Beşiktaş Istanbul on loan for one season and became Turkish champions with the club. After his last appearance for Beşiktaş in May 2017, the defender was no longer on the field in any competitive game for Leipzig. In the summer of 2019, RB's contract with Nukan, which was still valid for one year, was terminated prematurely.

At the beginning of September 2019, the defender was introduced as a new addition to Göztepe Izmir .

National team

Nukan began his national team career in 2009 with a mission for the Turkish U16 national team. He later played for the U18 and U19 teams in his country.

In March 2015, Nukan made his debut for the second selection of the Turkish national team , the A2 national team.

On November 13, 2015, Nukan made his debut under coach Fatih Terim for Turkey when he started the game in the 2-1 friendly win against Qatar .
