Sophia Vossou

Sophia Vossou ( Greek Σοφία Βόσσου ; born December 5, 1961 in Patras ) is a Greek singer and presenter .

She grew up in Athens where she also studied music . She received her first major attention in 1984 with her victory at the Thessaloniki Song Festival . 1987 her debut album was released in pop - rock - style . A jury selected her for the Greek entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1991 with the pop song I Anixi . It landed in 13th place.

In the 2000s she mainly worked as a radio presenter .
