Stephanie Emma Forrester (born April 30, 1969 in Aberdeen ) is a former British duathlete and triathlete . She is Duathlon World Champion (2000) and Olympian (2000).

Career

In July 1998, Stephanie Forrester was third in the European Triathlon Championships on the short distance (Olympic distance: 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running) in Velden am Wörther See, Austria.

World Champion Duathlon 2000

In 1999 she became Duathlon State Champion and in 2000 she won the Duathlon World Champion title in Calais, France.

2000 Summer Olympics

At the Summer Olympics in Sydney in September 2000, she finished fifteenth as the best British woman. The two athletes Sian Brice (third in the 1999 European Championship) and Michelle Dillon , who started next to her, could not reach the goal.

In 2004 she ended her active time.
