Stephanie Schönfeld

Stephanie Schönfeld (* 1978 in Berlin ) is a German actress .

life and career

From 1998 to 2002 she completed an apprenticeship at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin and graduated with a diploma. Even during her student days, she had guest appearances at the Maxim Gorki Theater and the Berliner Ensemble . After completing her studies, she first went to the Cottbus State Theater, then to the Leipzig Theater and, in 2008, to the Stuttgart State Theater. She has been part of the Schauspiel Essen ensemble since 2014. During her first permanent engagement at the Cottbus Theater, she was immediately awarded the “Max Grünebaum Prize for Young Actors”.

Stephanie Schönfeld became known to a broad cinema audience as a member of the ensemble in Andreas Dresen's films, for example in summer in front of the balcony or whiskey with vodka .
