Cover design

The cover is in black and white with gold accents. It shows the four band members Jochen Gargitter, Philipp Burger, Christian Forer and Jonas Notdurfter (from left to right) sitting on chairs in front of a white wall. To the left you can see a headlight. The black Frei.Wild logo and the words Quiet, Stormy, Heartbreaking and Still II are located at the top right of the picture.

Manuel Berger from laut.de rated Still II with only one of a possible five points. It is "artistically as valuable as a Heimatfilm in the First" and can be stamped "as completely irrelevant background music" without singing. The sometimes dull rhymes are also criticized and that Philipp Burger reveals "the limits of his singing vocal range uncomfortably clearly".
