Suat Kılıç

Suat Kılıç (born July 23, 1972 in Samsun ) is a Turkish politician of the Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AKP) and journalist .

Life

Kılıç studied law at Ankara University until 1995 . After graduating, he worked as a journalist in various radio and television programs in Turkey. While working as a parliamentary reporter, he joined the AKP and was elected to the Turkish Grand National Assembly for Samsun in 2002, of which he was the youngest member, and was re-elected in 2007. In 2009 his parliamentary group elected him deputy chairman. After his re-election, he was from July 6, 2011 to December 25, 2013 as the successor to Faruk Nafız Özak Minister for Sport and Youth in Turkey. He was succeeded in office as Minister Akif Çağatay Kılıç .

Suat Kılıç is married and has two children.
