Svetlana Demidenko Gennadjewna ( Russian Светлана Геннадьевна Демиденко ., English transcription Svetlana Demidenko Gennadyevna, after marriage Сёмова - Sjomowa - Semova / Syomova * 16th February 1976 ) is a Russian long-distance runner , focusing on road and mountain races specializes.

In 2001 and 2002 she won gold at the European Mountain Running Championships and in 2002 at the World Mountain Running Championships . In 2001 and 2002 she also won the Hochfellnberglauf .

On the road, she finished second in the 2001 Turin Half Marathon . In 2002 she was third in the Setúbal Half Marathon and fourth in the Ocean State Marathon.
