THB Champions League
The THB Champions League is Madagascar's top football league . It is named after Three Horses Beer , a Malagasy brewery that acts as a sponsor .
mode
The competition is played in a round-robin mode between the 24 qualified clubs from the country's 22 regional leagues. In the first round, the teams are divided into four groups of six teams each, with each team playing once against the others and the three best clubs in each group advance to the next round. In the second round, the teams are split into two groups of six teams, with each team playing once against the other and the top two clubs in each group advancing to the finals. In the final round, known as the Groupe des As , the four teams play against each other once and the group winner becomes the country's champion.
