The TSV Abtswind (officially: Turn- und Sportverein Abtswind eV ) is a sports club from the Lower Franconian community of Abtswind with the departments football, basketball, gymnastics and dance. It was founded in 1956. The men's team in the football department has played in the fifth-class Bayernliga since the 2018/19 season .
history
The club rose to the Bavarian State League for the first time in 2012 . In the sixth year in the state league, they became champions in 2018 and rose to the Bayern league.
