At the 1998 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie , Kutlíková won the silver medal with Schwarzbacherová (formerly Halinárová), Murínová and Marcela Pavkovčeková behind the Belarusian and ahead of the Russian relay, the two seasons dominating the summer biathlon at the time. She was also 20th in the sprint and eleventh in the pursuit. At Holmenkollen in Oslo she took part in the 1999 Biathlon World Championships and was 50th of the individual. The major event in the following year were the 2000 Biathlon World Championships in Kościelisko , where Kutlíková was 22nd in the individual, 12th in the sprint and 16th in the pursuit.
