Tereza Kesovija

Tereza Ana Kesovija (born October 3, 1938 in Dubrovnik , then Kingdom of Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian singer.

She studied flute in Zagreb . In 1965 she moved to France. She became known as a Monegasque participant in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1966 . With her song Bien plus fort she was seventeenth. In 1967 she had a great international success with her interpretation of Maurice Jarre Chanson de Lara . In 1972 she represented Yugoslavia at the Eurovision Song Contest. She came ninth with her song Muzika i ti (the lyrics are by Nikica Kalogjera , composer is Ivica Krajač ).
