Dan Reed Network: The Collection is the second best-of - album of American rock band Dan Reed Network . The CD was released in 2002 by Spectrum Music under license from Polygram Records Inc.
Emergence
Europe, and especially Great Britain , have always been more successful markets for Dan Reed Network than the United States, which is particularly evident in the chart positions of the Slam and The Heat albums in Germany and Great Britain.
As early as 1993, which belongs to Polygram Group record company had Mercury Records with Mixin 'It Up a best-of album the band released worldwide, that of a home video was flanked same title. Mixin 'It Up was supposed to close the gap between The Heat and the band's fourth studio album, which never came out.
On The Collection were except for Come Back Baby all singles included the UK Top 75 reached. There was also a cover version of You Can Leave Your Hat On ( Randy Newman , until then only published as a single B-side for Rainbow Child ) and Money ( Pink Floyd ) on the album; 12 of the tracks on The Collection were already on Mixin 'It Up .
