Timo Weisschnur

Timo Weisschnur (born 1989 in Hamburg ) is a German actor and audio book speaker .

Life

Weisschnur studied drama from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Music and Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig .

He has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Deutsches Theater Berlin since 2014 . Timo Weisschnur became known to a larger audience through his portrayal of the fighter pilot Major Lars Koch in Terror by Ferdinand von Schirach (world premiere at the Deutsches Theater Berlin on October 3, 2015). At the theater he worked a. a. with the directors Ulrich Rasche , Stephan Kimmig , Tilmann Köhler , Hasko Weber , Jette Steckel and Jan Bosse . He was a guest a. at the Schauspiel Leipzig , Schauspiel Frankfurt , in the Sophiensælen and in 2017 at the Vorarlberger Landestheater in Bregenz .

Weisschnur has also been working as a television actor since 2013. He spoke several audio books and is as Commissioner Jonathan Brooks since 2019 radio scene from Radio Bremen heard. Weisschnur lives in Berlin .
